RETURN TERMS


What are the shipping and return terms?


 


Citybrand.store offers a free shipping service for orders through Yurtiçi Kargo. In case of a return / exchange request from the product, the shipping cost belongs to citybrand.store. In order to benefit from this service, you need to send the products you send to us with Yurtiçi Kargo. Cargoes sent by another cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo are not covered by citybrand.store. Since all of our products are discounted, in order to be able to reflect these discounts to you, the shipping fee for other refund and exchange requests belongs to the Customer. In such cases, you can pay the shipping fee when sending the product, as well as a discounted amount from our contracted cargo company with our customer number you can send as a counter-payment. In cases where there is no defect in the product in the shipments you make against the payment, the valid shipping cost on our website will be deducted from the amount to be returned to the customer.


 


While sending your shipments to Yurtiçi Kargo branch, Plus Group İth. Exp. And Dan. A.Ş's customer number (511487792) and you must submit your shipment as a file. In the cargoes that are not sent in this way, the extra cargo amount that will exceed the contracted amount belongs to the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

I want to return the product I purchased, what should I do?


 


If you are not satisfied with the product (s) you have purchased from Citybrand.store, you can return it within ten (10) -14 (fourteen) days after it is received. In order for the return process to be made, the products to be returned; it must be unused, undamaged, re-sellable, intact, with no label damage and no damage to the enclosed boxes and accessories. Return / exchange transactions of products that do not comply with the specified conditions cannot be performed. For bundles (where multiple products are grouped together and sold at once), products cannot be returned alone, they must be returned together.


In order to initiate your return process, you must fill in the return & exchange form on the back of your invoice and send it to us together with the product (s) you wish to return.


When you send us the products you want to return; You must also ship all copies of your invoice in the cargo package. VAT and other legal expenses will be deducted from the return amounts of the products whose invoices are not sent.


When will the refund be made?


 


Your order, which you have sent to sultanesarp.com for refund, is first checked by the "Quality Control Department". You will receive an automatic e-mail with the confirmation of the refund of the returned orders and the product price will be returned to the credit card you paid.


The time it takes to reflect your refund varies depending on your bank. In case of a delay in the reflection of your return transaction to your credit card, you can get detailed information from your bank.


 


I want to change the product I purchased, what should I do?

In order to carry out the exchange process, the products to be exchanged; it must be unused, undamaged, re-sellable, intact, with no label damage and no damage to the enclosed boxes and accessories. Return / exchange transactions of products that do not comply with the specified conditions cannot be performed. For bundles (where multiple products are grouped together and sold at once), products cannot be returned alone, they must be returned together.


In order to start your exchange process, you must fill in the return & exchange form on the back of your invoice and send it to us together with the product (s) you wish to exchange. The product (s) you requested for the exchange are not reserved, after the control of the product (s) you have sent for the exchange, the product is requested to be exchanged. If the product you requested is not available in our stocks, you can refund your credit card according to your request or you can define the amount of gift voucher to be refunded and you can use this gift voucher within the site at any time. The product is delivered to us within 24 hours after the change is done by delivering your new orders to the cargo is completed.
